Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients

2 med Granny Smith apples peeled & sliced

1 cup strawberries sliced

1 kiwi fruit chopped

1 sm orange

2 tbsps brown sugar

2 tbsps apple jelly

CINNAMON CHIPS:

4 (7") flour tortillas

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Chop apple, strawberries & kiwi in food chopper, and combine in small bowl. Zest & juice the orange. Add zest, juice, brown sugar and jelly to fruit. Mix gently and chill.

CINNAMON CHIPS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray or sprinkle tortillas with water. Combine sugar and cinnamon & sprinkle over tortillas. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Place in single layer on baking stone. bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp. Remove to rack and cool.
